Details

Maloof Lab shared plasmids and primers can be found under the "Maloof Lab Common" project inventory. Protocols can be found in the notebook section.

If you use a new plasmid or primer, please add it to the database. Benchling can import any common type of DNA file. When uploading plasmid sequences, try to use one with annotations.

These are the functions I've found useful in Benchling: Import DNA sequences / genes with annotations, find primer annealing locations, simulate restriction enzyme digests, edit plasmids, align to template or consensus alignment. For the best experience, read the very short and easy tutorials for each section at https://intercom.help/benchling
